Since developing his unique cookie recipe for his sister in 2015, Nantas Sodano’s GlutenFree cookies have become a cult favorite in the foothills of Scottsdale Arizona.

Their rich, rugged, authentic and indulgent taste have prompted many to exclaim “These are the best f@#king cookies I’ve ever had!” - we feel that sums them up.

In 2022 Nantas and a group of close collaborators set out to see how they could bring these cookies to the wider world and the Gluten Freek brand was born. Although the cookies are gluten free, they are loved by all – in fact they can be loved by more BECAUSE they are gluten free.
